How to bring black plastic wingmirror back to origional colour?

Hello, i got a new wingmirrmor from the scrap yard today and the mirror housing is the same colour as the other wingmirror but the part that connects to the car and holds the mirror housing is a diffrent colour, i have tryed products liek back to back, and bumper shine and black in a flash with no luck is there anything else i could try ?

Get your self a can of Krylon paint for plastic and just paint them

if it’s already black and you just want to return the luster, jet a can of spray on silicone, works well and is water proof
