San Diego, CA (PRWEB) December 4, 2010 Nice Rack is going green! In an effort to be a more eco-friendly surf rack company, Nice Rack is now making surfboard wall racks using 100% recycled plastic. The goal is to reduce the environmental impact of manufacturing surf racks by using recycled materials.
Nice Rack made the switch to recycled plastic earlier this year. Recycled plastic is actually less expensive than Virgin (non-recycled) materials. This made it a no-brainer to make the switch. Its a win-win solution, we save money on materials while helping to reduce our impact on the environment, says Nice Rack Owner, Michael H. Russell.

BERKELEY, Calif. (PRWEB) August 20, 2007 ????Silicone hydrogels make possible a new generation of ‘super-permeable’ contact lenses that can transmit unprecedented amounts of oxygen to the cornea and, in some cases, enable 30 consecutive days of ‘extended wear’ without removal.
“Silicone-hydrogel contact lenses represent a breakthrough over traditional hydrogel soft contact lenses, because silicone permits so much more oxygen to pass through the lens, which is essential for a healthy cornea,” said Bob Ward. “In fact, these next-generation lenses allow six or seven times more oxygen to permeate than previous contact lenses, which is why they are becoming very popular with both wearers…. Background A flashlight is a portable, battery-operated device used for illumination. A typical unit consists of one or more dry cell batteries arranged in a line inside a battery compartment that forms the handle of the light. The flow of electricity from the batteries to the bulb at the front end of the light is controlled through a switch mechanism placed between the batteries and the lamp. History Practical, portable light sources have been sought throughout history. Torches and candles were early sources of light but these were largely replaced with lanterns as people learned to burn various animal and mineral oils. However, it was not until the nineteenth century that electricity was…. Click Here to Read More
