So I’m getting 2 rats again soon, and I’ve had them in the past, but this time I want to provide the best care I can for them. For housing, I want to convert a large bird cage, (take out wire bottom, and ideas for adding levels?) or make a bookshelf into a cage, by adding a door, putting vinyl tile and fleece on the shelves,and cutting a hole in each shelf.
